Part Time and Full Time behavior technician positions available. ABA Therapy services are provided in-home or day care center.

Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and able to teach through play, be able to create fun activities on the fly, follow a treatment plan, and collect data.

Technician Session Schedules:

• Morning
• Afternoon
• Evening
• Summer only

Qualifications

• Must be up to date on all COVID-19 vaccines
• Hold an active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• One year of prior experience conducting ABA therapy with learners with autism
• Early childhood education experience is highly preferred
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws governing child care
• Must have valid BLS/CPR and First-Aid certifications
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be flexible, creative, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Must be highly motivated and self directed
• Must respond well to and adjust teaching methods based on supervisor feedback
• Patience and stamina to chase after, lift, or carry children up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
