The Admin II is responsible for performing moderately complex administrative duties for one or more individuals within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepares correspondence, documents, reports and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment.
  • Schedules appointments for department staff.
  • Participates in department projects of moderate scope and complexity.
  • May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
  • May assist in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

SKILLS:
  • Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years administrative experience preferred.
  • Patient Access experience preferred.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sitting for extended periods: Constantly (67-100%)
  • Talking on the phone/in person: Constantly
  • Typing on a computer keyboard: Constantly
  • Standing/walking: Occasionally (0-33%)
