Purpose:

As Administrator, you are responsible for the administrative functioning of the entire operation (from soup to nuts). The Administrator has the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· A true frontrunner who will lead the organization’s managers, supervisors, and staff

· Responsible for all operational objectives: client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, state licensing requirements, budgeting, censes, safety, cleanliness, serene therapeutic environments etc.

· Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.

· Establish rapport in and among all departments.

· Represent the facility in all dealings (you are the captain of the ship).

Minimum Requirements:

· Robust operational background

· Seasoned management skills

· 2-5 years of residential treatment operations experience

· Ability to focus on many “moving parts” while successfully executing projects, timely.

· Experience with clients battling mental healthcare

· Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • facility management: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
