Job Overview

Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of people with autism spectrum disorders? Are you dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective ABA therapy? If so, please consider joining Team TACT! As an ABA Therapist at TACT you will:

  • Work one-on-one with children and teenagers with autism
  • Receive supportive supervision from highly-skilled BCBAs
  • Teach important skills such as communication, flexibility, toileting, sleep, and coping strategies
  • Learn how to treat challenging behaviors by teaching new, replacement skills
  • Be eligible for free supervision towards a Masters degree in behavior analysis
  • Join a team of committed and passionate people working hard to make meaningful differences in the lives of people with autism

Pay: $23-$27 per hour and BONUS OPPORTUNITY!

Job Type: 15-35 hours

Ideal Availability: 3-8pm

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism preferred, but not necessary (we provide comprehensive training and professional development opportunities)
  • Positive attitude and commitment to building trusting relationships
  • High School Diploma and/or GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
