How a Behavior Therapist (YOU) Changes the Life of Our Clients-

  • Provide 1:1 direct instruction in client homes or community locations
  • Independently implement lesson and behavior reduction plans with fidelity
  • Teach appropriate social and communication skills
  • Collect data on client progress
  • Attend weekly team meeting to ensure client progress and outcomes are on track
  • Committment to client success – our clients depend on you to provide consistent treatment throughout the longevity of their treatment plan

 

 

Who Makes a Dynamic Team Member-

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Driven to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Have a reliable, insured vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Pass a Department of Justice Fingerprint Screening.
  • Have a negative TB test, be current on immunizations, completed Covid-19 vaccination series, complete a health screening that confirms that you are physically capable of performing job duties.
  • Demonstrate outstanding professional interpersonal and communication skills.
