Job Overview

NeuroRestorative, a member of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

  • We are specifically seeking a full-time BCBA. This person will design behavior-change programs and work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment. Experience with adults, TBI and residential settings is preferred but not required.

WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT?

  • Guaranteed 40 hour salaried position
  • General Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm workday
  • Work in a centralized location
  • Paid mileage for required travel to locations away from main assignment
  • Annual CEU Stipend
  • Competitive salary contingent upon credentials and experience


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Master’s Degree is required; Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred
  • BCBA required. Candidates must be currently Board Certified or certification eligible within 15 months of hire
  • Candidates must have extensive experience in functional behavior assessment and treatment of individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass mandatory drug screenings, as required
  • Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills
  • Must receive and maintain eligible background screening per AHCA state guidelines
  • Must meet all state health requirements which require annual renewals
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
