Job Overview
Community Bridges is currently seeking Behavioral Health Clinicians at our multiple locations throughout Arizona.
The Behavioral Health Clinician is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. You will work with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and provide quality care to all patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical therapeutic services to patients and their families
- Give assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients and their families
- Lead ongoing patient engagement for improved adherence to treatment plans and patient satisfaction
- Facilitates patient centered meetings with patients’ clinical and natural supports
- Connects with external service providers to obtain clinically necessary services for patients
- You will complete a comprehensive discharge plan for patients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Current associate or independent level of licensure with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or able to obtain license within 90 days
- Required licensure in the discipline of counseling, social work, and/or marriage and family counseling
