Do you want to work for an organization that promotes a healthy work-life balance? The Connections team is looking for a Behavioral Health Provider to fill a position on their Adult Connections team. Behavioral health providers are responsible for providing clinical assessments, brief therapy, care coordination, referrals to outside providers/agencies, and psychoeducation to individuals and families who call in seeking mental health and substance use services.

Pay Range and Status

· $61,052 to $63,600 per year DOQ

· 40 hrs/wk

Education and Experience

· Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral discipline

· A minimum of one year clinical experience in a behavioral health setting required

· One year clinical experience post Master’s program preferred

· Colorado license in a behavioral health profession and addiction counseling certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

· Connections provides assistance to individuals and families who don’t know where to turn or how to navigate behavioral health services in the community.

· Connections provides interim support while individuals and families are getting connected with community providers and agencies.

· Connections gives relief to individuals and families who feel alone and overwhelmed.

· Connections answers common questions from individuals and families regarding behavioral health diagnosis, navigating health care systems, insurance coverage, etc.
