TrueCare Behavioral Health is a Mental Health Care provider. We offer counseling services to residents in assisted living facilities and to clients via telemed and phone sessions. We are hiring full time and part time counselor positions. Our team works with local referral partners which allows medical professionals to build their independent careers in a comfortable and modern way.
Do you see yourself as a mobile healthcare provider, getting varied experience at business and residential clients? We are now searching for Licensed Clinical Social workers to provide in-facility counseling and virtual visits to clients in your area. The ideal candidates are dedicated, reliable, caring, professional, with excellent communication skills.
Pay Rate is up to $66.00/ hour (session)
- Initial Assessment will pay you $74.00 (Typically an hour-long session)
- Ongoing 1 hour psychotherapy sessions will pay you $66 & 45 minute sessions will pay you $44.00 (Most typical sessions are about 1 hour)
Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction
- Provide 30 min, 45 min, 60 min therapy sessions
- Fill your schedule with the type of clients you want (as long as they are available in your area)
- We do ask you build up to at least 10 visits per week, that can be on schedule that works best for you
- Stay in regular communication with clinical headquarters (checking and responding to emails in a timely fashion)
Qualifications:
- Education Background in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program and completion of clinical training hours necessary to achieve independent licensure
- A valid, unrestricted license issued by the Texas State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- At least one year of behavioral health experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the USA
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Very organized and able to manage multiple information sources
- Ability to take in a lot of information and learn quickly
