The Behavioral Health Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Continuing to build a child welfare system that is safe, and stable family centered, connected to the community; and which relies on evidence-based practice necessary to support contract services.
  • Provides administrative supervision (and clinical supervision as needed and able) for assigned staff on a regular basis for best practice services and staff performance.
  • Provides psychological testing (as appropriate/able) and evaluation as needed and assists in treatment planning.

Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work or related field.

Licensure/Certification: Actively working toward licensure and being supervised via West Virginia Board of Examiners of Psychologists, Social Work or other licensure or other licensable board/degree.

Experience Minimum two years experience in children and family services with preferable knowledge and demonstrated experience of the WV Medicaid Program.

This position will provide consultation (as directed) to staff that provide direct services to children and families in order to facilitate safety permanency and well being. Provides psychological testing (as appropriate/able) and evaluation as needed and assists in treatment planning. Performs other tasks and attends supervision as it relates to becoming a fully licensed masters level provider.

Provide proof valid drivers license and auto insurance.
