Job Description
- Provides direction to clients relative to House Rules, daily activities and program scheduling and Promote client dignity and independence.
- Monitor, educate and assist the clients in performance of activities of daily living in accordance with the goals and problem areas identified on the individual treatment plan.
- Accurately account for the whereabouts of each resident by conducting and documenting facility whereabouts and complete logs and appropriate documentation.
- Participate in shift handoff
- Conduct and provide client supervision of point of care UA testing (with certification)
- Addresses client conflicts and issues as they arise.
- Perform and supervise cleaning duties ensuring the residence is clean at all times.
- Maintain high level of ethical conduct and behavior with clients.
- Manage crisis situations with clients and use additional program resources as needed.
- Conduct room searches as scheduled or at the discretion of staff.
1 year of experience required and certification preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 and up based on experience.
