Job Overview
Monitors safety of patients and the environment of care Fosters a safe and nurturing environment that encourages and reinforces constructive interactions amongst patients Educates patients on interpersonal and self-care skills. Assists patients with activities of daily living Conducts age appropriate psycho-educational groups Facilitates the implementation of nursing care plans promoting emotional well-being as delegated Recognizes critical and obvious changes in patient conditions and reacts promptly. Communicates patient care observations and safety concerns to members of the multidisciplinary team
Must have Behavioral Health experience, CNA, Associates degree for the Tech position.
Specialist must have a Bachelors degree.
