Through our devoted team of experts, we utilize ABA therapy to create individualized programming geared to benefit children with: developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum disorders.

Job Requirements:

A Behavioral Therapist is responsible for working directly with our clients providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. They will be responsible for the following duties:

  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • CPR or BLS certification preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT) preferred
  • Must be proficient in the use of technology (e.g., computer, iPad)
  • Experience working with children that have been diagnosed with Autism or with other intellectual disabilities (preferred)
  • Fluent in second language preferred (Spanish, Farsi, Korean, Vietnamese)
  • Available in the afternoons or evenings, Monday-Friday, and possible weekends

Job Description:

  • Complete 1:1 clinical therapy sessions
  • Update your Clinical Supervisor with any information regarding your cases
  • Complete source documentation in the form of Catalyst data and SOAP notes
  • Receive constructive feedback with professionalism via monthly feedback forms and goal setting
  • Work will involve playing interactively with children that can occur on the floor or settings where the furniture is child size
  • Work will involve walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Diligently attending to the safety of the child and surroundings is required
  • Quick and sudden movements may be required
  • Sustained physical exertion may be required for up to 45 minutes
  • Work will be on the road for client’s in-home sessions (primary need), in the client’s school setting, and remote telehealth (when needed)
