LifeSpring is seeking a Benefits Case Manager for our Integrated Treatment Center in Jeffersonville, IN. High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Duties include assisting clients to apply for benefits such as Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security Disability and will include some traveling, depending on need, to complete the necessary clinical paperwork required for the Medicaid program. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate skills in time management and working with multiple systems. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Experience in state and federal programs and working the severely mentally ill is strongly preferred. Covid vaccination is required.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Jeffersonville, IN 47112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • medicaid/medicare: 1 year (Preferred)
  • benefits eligibility: 1 year (Preferred)
