Minimum requirements

  • Board certification (BCBA)
  • Licensed in Massachusetts (LABA)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a variety of assessments
  • Write and implement treatment plans
  • Write and implement behavior intervention plan
  • Monitor progress on goals and make modifications as needed
  • Conduct parent training
  • Provide supervision and training to the behavior therapist
  • Coordinate care with school, doctors, and other providers
  • Document observations of client

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
