Rewards

First year compensation will be a combination of a base salary up to $80,000 annually (depends on experience), quarterly and annual bonuses (metrics based), a technology allowance, plus Employee Incentive Unit Plan awards in the company.

About You

  • Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field (Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.)
  • Active license and in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire (we are unable to accept LASAC or LISAC unless it is in conjunction with another license issued by AZBBHE).
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
  • Direct experience with behavioral health integration in a physical health setting

The Clinical Implementation Manager will provide ongoing support in the field for the successful implementation and practice of the psychiatric collaborative care model (CoCM). The Clinical Implementation Manager will directly train the providers and staff in clinics to prepare them for integration and collaboration with evolvedMD’s Behavioral Health Managers. In this capacity, the Clinical Implementation Manager will work closely with evolvedMD’s Implementation Specialists to ensure that new clinics adopt best practices for screening and referring patients, communicating the benefits of CoCM to both providers and patients, and billing. In addition, the Clinical Implementation Manager will also work with evolvedMD’s Clinical Managers to assist in the training and professional development of our Behavioral Health Managers in their assigned clinics.

Our ideal Clinical Implementation Manager will be able to:

  • Work closely with the Clinical Services and Implementation Teams on the implementation of collaborative care in primary care clinics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training for providers and clinic staff regarding the process of integration.
  • Deliver training in dynamic and memorable ways, including all methods of learning. • Update material as needed to align with the latest research.
  • Conduct evaluations of trainings and implement improvements when needed.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Managers to support new Behavioral Health Managers during the first month in their clinics by providing training and oversight.

Location

This position is based out of evolvedMD’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Travel to clinics within Arizona and other states will be required almost daily.
