We are a privately owned outpatient pediatric setting serving families at 11 locations along the Front Range of Colorado. We are looking for passionate, fun, and energetic pediatric Clinical Psychologist to join our Colorado Springs team. At the Shandy Clinic, we put our patients first, providing a multi-disciplinary therapy approach to ensure success in the home, classroom, and community. Our staff works with patients in both land and aquatic settings (at select locations) in a one-on-one ratio. Our full-time staff includes Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapists as well as ABA specialists (at select locations) and Clinical Psychologists (at select locations) to provide the most comprehensive and collaborative care to our patients and their families. Job Requirements:

  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Evaluate for the presence of neurodevelopmental and learning disorders within the pediatric population
  • Candidate must also have in-depth knowledge about the full spectrum of social-emotional and behavioral diagnoses in the pediatric population
  • Clearly communicate with all other disciplines, teachers, supervisors, and the Shandy Clinic administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources)
  • Administer standardized assessments to provide diagnoses including but not limited to autism, dyslexia/dysgraphia, ADHD, and learning delays
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team and family to develop comprehensive, individually-tailored recommendations for follow-up care based on assessment results
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical, Developmental or School Psychology
  • Experience working with children and their families
  • Experience administering psychological tests and writing concise reports with clear recommendations required
  • Experience working with children with ASD/neurodevelopmental delays is required


Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
