Northeast Family Services is seeking an independently licensed Lead Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team in Warwick RI! The Lead Clinical Supervisor will report to the AVP of RI and is responsible to provide leadership and overseeing the daily operations of home-based and Outpatient services. They will also be responsible to guide the staff and assist in the development, treatment, and methodologies to ensure the effective implementation of all home-based services for our clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • LICSW or LMHC + 3 years post licensure, in the state of Rhode Island -Required
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field
  • Five years minimum experience working with Behavioral and Mental Health disorders as well as Developmental and Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • At least 1 year providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians, Coordinators, and related providers
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
