The Children’s Center is an early intervention and family support program for children ages birth through 7 years. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working to support children in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
The Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical consultation to the targeted case management program and special purpose programs, providing direct family support through social work services and/or family therapy and center-based treatment programs. Additionally, the Clinician will provide intensive therapy and support to children and families using a strengths-based outcome-oriented approach to include the following:
Develop therapeutic relationships with at-risk children and families.
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidenced-based outcomes-oriented approaches.
- Collaborate with other providers
- Complete mental health assessments and individual treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Professionals
- Participation in clinical reviews, team meetings and trainings.
Master’s Degree in human services, social work, counseling, or psychology and Maine licensure (LMSW-CC, LCSW preferred). Must be detail-oriented. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Position requires excellent time management, clinical, and program management skills.
