About the Positions:
  • Residential Clinician provides comprehensive therapeutic clinical support in residential treatment setting for parents with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include individual treatment, therapeutic groups, crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.
  • Outpatient Clinician provides therapeutic clinical support for parents with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention and professional documentation. Completes assessments and referrals for service as appropriate.
  • Vermont Recovery Program Clinician provides therapeutic, primarily home based, family support through new program implementing family support services to families involved with DCF. Position co-located at the Burlington DCF office, partnering with DCF and community providers to assist in providing immediate, holistic, home based, family centered services.
More Information:
  • Clinicians are part of a collaborative effort to improve practice in responding effectively to support family systems impacted by substance use disorders.
  • Clinicians facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients to achieve client-identified goals.
  • Full-time positions with annual salary of $47-57K; salary determined based on education and experience.
  • Lund offers support in achieving mental health and/or substance use treatment licensure through training and supervision.
What We Look For:
  • Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required. LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility is preferred. Additional salary consideration for licensure.
  • Experience with family centered practice preferred.
  • Solid assessment, documentation and narrative writing skills essential.
  • Must work well independently yet collaboratively in residential treatment and child welfare settings with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation required.
