About the Role

We’re hiring a Community Programs Manager to join the Kopa Product & Growth team. The Kopa platform is a product within the Happify Health portfolio focused on helping individuals living with a chronic condition find the resources, information and support to improve their mental and physical health. Reporting to the Community Director, the Community Programs Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of community programs designed to engage important member groups on the platform. The primary focus of this role will be spearheading the Kopa Community Champions Program for patient advocates as brand champions.

The Community Programs Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scaling this program, and in turn playing an important role in how we create value and establish a positive experience within our online Kopa communities. The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, organized, and a true “people person” who loves building authentic relationships and understands how to create brand advocacy programs that support them. They will be comfortable working with a variety of different stakeholders and enjoy the details that result in smooth program management.

Happify Health has offices in New York and Massachusetts, but this role welcomes remote candidates. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Support community operations on Kopa from member recruitment to day-to-day engagement within our community programs
    • Serve as the main point of contact and deliver consistent and exceptional experiences for members
    • Identify and nurture relationships with patient advocates in key therapeutic areas of focus
    • Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and day to day operations for community programs
    • Maintain strong relationships and find creative ways to promote engagement from members in designated community programs
    • Improve and manage internal processes around our community programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams around program logistics and protocols related to community programs
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand around program related swag, materials or branding for member-facing programs
    • Work with internal teams around projects and opportunities specific to working with our program’s patient advocates, such as content creation, resource development, product user testing etc
  • Help support KPIs to establish and illustrate for Kopa community programs
    • Work with internal teams to set benchmarks and goals for measuring value from community programs
    • Monitor and report on these KPIs within the broader team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of online community management, community operations and/or program management experience
  • Motivated self-starter who actively collaborates across internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of audiences
  • Detail oriented and skilled at managing multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of/passion for healthcare space is a plus
  • Experience running online community advocacy or loyalty programs a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
