Provide assessment, In-home Functional Family Therapy, collateral contact/coordination, and crisis intervention, as needed to youth (10-17) and their family. Youth are at-risk of being removed from their families due to abuse, neglect and/or abandonment or have been reunified with their family and have externalizing behaviors.

 

  • Provide in-home family therapeutic interventions in accordance with the evidenced-based model, Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and the program contract.
  • Attend weekly supervision and makes presentations on child assigned.
  • Participate in all required FFT and Camelot In-Service trainings.
  • Consult with the team and Clinical Director to ensure all services meet Camelot policy, FFT, Children’s Services Council and COA accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in school staffing for children assigned on caseload, as needed.
  • Participate in court-related issues for the caseload in coordination with the Clinical Director.
  • Link the child with specific services and resources as identified.
  • Serve as liaison with other professional and agencies.
  • Maintain all documentation in FFT’s Client Services System (CSS) and client charts

 


Educational and Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Services field required (MA/MS/MSW). Experience providing family therapy preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole is a plus. Staff training and supervision for licensure provided.

Candidate must complete FFT training series (out of state travel & training expenses are covered). Family therapy is adherent to the FFT model. For more information in FFT, please go to fftllc.com
