Job Overview

Overview:

Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients
  • Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan.
  • Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
  • Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
  • Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
  • Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
