Job Overview
Saint Vincent’s Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY is recruiting for a weekend per diem Creative Arts Therapist. This candidate will work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) 8:30am- 4:30pm leading therapeutic groups on the adolescent, adult and mature adult units. The candidate will plan and implement therapeutic groups designed to meet the specific needs of the population. They will work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team including RN’s, Behavioral Health Technicians, MD’s and Patient Care Directors; providing patient feedback related to level of functioning/behaviors assessed in the group setting. The candidate is required to have a Master’s Degree and a NY State CAT license or proof of being in the process of completing required number of hours for NY State License.
