Position info:
The Direct Support Professional – Mental Health is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the DSP to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Status: Full Time and Part Time available
Location: Eugene
Shift: Full Time Shifts or On Call relief available.
Starting wage: $16.08 an hour(Night shifts additional $.75 an hour and companion shift additional $.50 an hour)
Wage Scale: $16.08 – $19.57
Reports to: Housing Manager

Requirements:
‘ High school graduate or equivalent.
‘ Current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
‘ Ability to pass background check screening
‘ Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
