Job Overview

CuraLinc is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to be the champion of every facet of product development. Working cross-functionally with CuraLinc’s executive leadership, development, sales, service, operations and marketing teams, the Director of Product will develop a deep understanding of the needs of CuraLinc’s current and prospective clients, assist in crafting compelling and engaging solutions and have a hands-on execution and management role throughout every aspect of the product lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership to Develop and Execute CuraLinc’s Product Roadmap, Including Establishing the Timeline for Release, Prioritizing Resources for Development, Managing Development Sprints, Testing and Auditing
  • Identify and Anticipate the Emerging Needs of CuraLinc’s Clients within a Constantly Evolving Behavioral Health Landscape
  • Conduct Research, Present Data-Driven Insights and Propose Innovative Solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to Develop Engaging Product Campaigns and Collateral
  • Analyze Data and Metrics to Continuously Monitor Quality and Measure Success/Outcomes
  • Identify and Drive Process Improvements at Every Stage of the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Be the Champion for the Product – Evangelizing the Vision, Value and Impact to All Internal and External Stakeholders

 

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Employee Benefits Product Management or EAP Operations Experience
  • Ability to Excel on a Highly Collaborative and Cross-Functional Team
  • Insatiable Passion and Curiosity to Learn Everything About CuraLinc’s Clients, Products, Market and the Competitive Landscape
  • Demonstrated Leadership and Impeccable Sense of Accountability
  • Ability to Think Strategically and Analytically while Operating in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Including Outstanding Presentation Skills
  • BA or BS Required
