Patient Billing: Generate patient statements, set up payment plans, and handle billing inquiries with empathy and HIPAA compliance.

Authorization & Eligibility: Verify benefits, secure pre-authorizations, and document coverage limits for ABA therapy and addiction-treatment codes.

A/R & Reporting: Maintain aging reports, reconcile EOBs/ERAs, and deliver weekly collection metrics to leadership.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have
Certified Professional Biller (CPB), CMRS, or equivalent credential.

Prior experience billing group therapy, telehealth, and IOP/Partial-Hospital codes.
