What we are looking for!
A full-time Facility Manager/Director at our Residential Program located in Starke Florida. This position is a 24/7 on call position and will be responsible for Direct Care staff and food service workers, scheduling, supervision and training. This position includes general maintenance work, ordering supplies, foods, caustics and working within a budget to ensure the program needs are met. We will be working with individuals with substance use and mental health issues, Veterans and homeless Veterans within our community. Our program provides daily groups, therapy, case management and other treatment to individuals living at our program.

Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, motivated, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model.

Qualifications

HS/GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience working in a behavioral health setting with substance use/or mental health

Experience working with Veterans preferred

Ability to participate in our Drug Free workplace program

Ability to pass a background check

** Must be willing to complete the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor Training within 12 months of hire

** Must be willing to complete a Servsafe certification training program within 30 days of hire

Terms of Employment

All Applicants must provide proof of Covid vaccination prior to employment. Requests for exemptions to this requirement may be made by requesting an Exemption Form from the hiring manager.
Applicants may submit exemptions for: medical reasons, religious reasons, a previous covid diagnosis, or an agreement to either ongoing periodic testing or to utilize company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) or any other state allowed exemption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,500.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

COVID-19 considerations:
Mask are available on site for all employees and clients. Masks must be work in the office at all times when you are unable to social distance.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • working with Veterans: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • General Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
