Family Support Worker

Under general supervision, work with children and their families and provide information to assist with all aspects of a child’s well being.

Coordinate the intake and enrollment process. Conduct recruitment activities.

Serve as a role model for family development, community involement and parent involvement activities. Collaborate with the health coordinators to insure families receive timely referrals.

Identify and incorporate resources into the program, information and/or referrals for families in the following areas: mental health, child care, education, employment, pregnancy, health needs, safety and nutrition an other topics requested by the family.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
