This individual must have a heart for serving the Lord and compassion for the youth in our care.

This is a full-time position that requires flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends, in order to be available at times that are convenient to families, but also at times you’ll have some work hours that could be freed up for personal commitments. The individual will be responsible for rotating 24/7 on-call duties in order to provide consultation support to foster parents.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting, equipping, and educating foster parents on how to effectively care for at-risk children and their families
  • Ensuring children in care have a safe and nurturing environment where they can flourish
  • Promoting placement stability for children
  • Maintaining confidential and comprehensive client files

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age; and
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related human service field.
