A wonderful organization that provides cutting-edge residential treatment to adolescents in the Park City area is searching for a strong Individual Therapist to join their team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 6 with twice-weekly therapy meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Carries a caseload of residents.
- Facilitates two therapy sessions per week
- Completes biopsychosocial assessment within 72 hours of admission.
- Conducts crisis assessments and provides intervention/management as needed.
- Coordinates self-administered assessments and/or neuropsychological testing integrating results into treatment planning.
- Timely completion of documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress, group notes, discharge summary) according to established standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a clinical specialization from a state-approved graduate school.
- LCSW, LMFT, or CHMC in the State of Utah

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
