Intake Clinician

This position will be 40 hours per week, working Monday- Friday. Applicants must be a licensed therapist, provisionally licensed therapist, or be expecting licensure within the near future. This is a full-time salaried position with working hours from 10am-7pm, full benefits including, health, dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, licensure supervision and CEUs. At this time, this position is based at home and the successful applicant must attest that they have a quiet, HIPAA compliant, professional appearing space to work out of. Please be advised that the work from home option is subject to change.

As an Intake Clinician, you would be part of our front-line team consisting of Front desk staff, Medical Assistants, and Medication Management providers with the responsibility of completing diagnostic assessments that link consumers to appropriate levels of behavioral health treatment.
