Job Overview
QUALITFICATIONS:
· A Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in social or behavioral services or Master’s degree in relevant field such as social work, and psychology, etc.
· 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, screening and assessing at-risk and/or mental health youth.
· At least 1 year of experience with foster care and/or out-of-home care programs.
· Bilingual (Spanish)
· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Schedules and conducts intake interviews for all referrals.
· Notify team members of the scheduled interview and share referral information.
· Make a determination of program appropriateness.
· Complete intake packet at the time of admission.
· Provide administrative assistant intake information in order to create new case files.
· Maintain frequent contact with program supervisors and parents.
· Provide intake summary/recommendations to treatment team.
· Work closely with program staff to promote information sharing and/or challenges that arise.
· Maintain and keep daily records of referrals and other correspondence from referral sources.
· Provide updates to referring agency regarding the referral and the intake status.
· On call after-hour rotation for foster care placement and emergency
· Maintain compliance with all regulatory entities.
· Completed other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
