The demand for treatment for behavioral health issues continues to increase across the US. As a result, Mindpath Health is experiencing tremendous growth and expansion and is on target to become a leader in outpatient behavioral health services that blend human connection with science-based care.

As an Intake Coordinator (Remote), you will support an environment of high-quality care by being the first point of contact for our new patients. Do you value efficient operations and providing a seamless process within a call center setting? In this role, you will provide a one call resolution to coordinate new patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing optimal customer service in a call center setting
  • Optimizing provider schedules to ensure timely access to care for patients
  • Collecting patient demographics, including personal and financial information
  • Following up on intake matters to ensure patient records are accurate
  • Assisting patients in distress using verbal de-escalation techniques

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, food industry, etc.)
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) desired
  • Experience with EMR, Advance MD preferred
