Outpatient overview:
The Oaks outpatient programs incorporates group therapy to adolescents, adults and seniors. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). We work within a multidisciplinary team with physician oversight and clinical assistance tailored to help our clients achieve their treatment goals. The Oaks offers premiere behavioral health services for individuals experiencing psychiatric and/or substance abuse symptoms that negatively affect daily functioning.

Job Description:
The Outpatient Therapist performs varied therapeutic and case management services for The Oaks Outpatient Program (Part of the Heritage Oaks Hospital Family of Services). Therapeutic functions include (but not limited to): biopsychosocial assessment and creation of treatment plans; formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, and/or support groups that assist patients in meeting their treatment goals; crisis intervention; short-term and long-term family therapy; and providing information and referrals as needed.

Qualifications
Licensed Therapist Job Requirements: LCSW or LMFT required
