Licensed Mental Health and Couples Counselor – 15+ hours per week

Motivations Counseling is looking for a counselor with prior experience in agency-based community counseling to join our Sugar Land and/or Katy office.

We are looking for someone trained and experienced with both individual and couples counseling who is comfortable doing in-person therapy, but also with teletherapy– as needed.

Preference is given to candidates with training and experience in EMDR therapy. Consideration given to individuals not trained but willing to get EMDR training for this position.

We are a concierge mental health practice and do not accept insurance. Looking for a smart-dressed therapist to support our full fee clientele in our upscale offices. We have locations in both Sugar Land and Katy.

Candidates must licensed in Texas as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW and have own malpractice insurance.

Lucrative hourly rate offered—per client hour only. We will provide a steady stream of clients, payment method, EMR, shared office, receptionist.

To keep our therapists and clients safe, we provide masks, face shields, hand sanitizer and regularly disinfect offices with anti-microbial cleaners. Therapists also have the option to use telehealth for clients uncomfortable with in-person therapy.
