Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Private practice seeking clinician for PART TIME (2 or 3 days a week) LMHC for group practice in Largo, FL. Must be fully licensed, no registered interns please. Must be able to work evenings and be a team player. Women led practice looking for a professional, licensed clinician with a varied experience treating mental health disorders. Must be detail oriented and complete documentation in a timely manner and work with other clinicians as a team player.

Seeking clinician willing to work with individuals with mental health disorders.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate with support networks, government resources, and community resources that are also working with your patients. The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities:
-Assess patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate treatment.
-Diagnose patient’s mental and emotional disorders.
-Create effective treatment plans that include counseling, collaboration, advocacy and/or other services.
-Work with your patient and develop goals.
-Regularly discuss the treatment plan with your patient to identify faults or room for improvement.
-Educate appropriate coping mechanisms to help patients through tough situations.
-Record the patient’s progress and change their treatment plan when needed.
-Use EHR and comply with HIPPA.

Candidate must be willing to participate in marketing campaigns including video and website photos as requested.;.
