Location: Lacey, WA Clinic, Longview, WA Clinic and Telehealth.

About Us: Pathways MHS is a co-occurring disorders clinic that operates in Lacey and Longview. We offer face-to-face mental health services, school-based services, gambling program, and through our Telehealth platform. Our main office is located in Lacey, WA. We are a group practice and our providers have a wide range of clinical interests and treatment modalities. Pathways is an approved site for the WA Health Corps loan repayment program for LMHC, LMFT, and LICSW. We have been providing Telehealth since 2016 even before the Pandemic.

Job Description:
Pathways MHS is seeking clinicians in the delivery of face-to-face therapy and through our Telehealth platform. You will be a part of our Telehealth services team, providing much-needed access to clients who live in rural or remote areas of Washington.

As a licensed or associate mental health professional you will be working primarily in one of our two clinics face-to-face with patients or via our Telehealth platform. You will provide mental health related services to youth, young adults, and adult populations seeking mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders treatment. You will conduct intake assessments, screenings, intervention, treatment, monitoring of mental health conditions, care coordination, individual service/treatment plan, discharge planning and follow-up care in-person, at school or via Telehealth. A Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) conducts brief intervention, individual therapy, as well as group, couples, and family therapy in-person or via Telehealth.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed independent Mental Health Professional in the State of Washington (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist) on active and good standing with the WA Department of Health.
  • Must have taken the NCMHE and not the NCE for the counselor license (for Tricare insurance).
  • Able and willing to conduct face-to-face and Telehealth counseling session via secure, encrypted connection.
  • Willing to provide school based (1-12) services for Elementary and High School students.
  • Must be comfortable using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Able to provide brief counseling for EAP clients.
  • Knowledgeable of mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders and ASAM Criteria.
  • Must be well versed with DSM 5.
  • WA Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) license, Gambling Counselor certification, Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) certification from NAADAC/NBCC or national certification on chemical dependency is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
  • A clean background checks to work with children and vulnerable clients.
  • Familiar with local mental health and chemical dependency resources and crisis centers.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:

  • Licensed Associate as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Washington (LMFTA, LICSWA or LMHCA) on active and good standing with the WA Department of Health.
  • Master Degree in Counseling, MFT, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Able and willing to conduct face-to-face and Telehealth counseling session via secure, encrypted connection.
  • Willing to provide school based (1-12) services for Elementary and High School students.
  • Must be comfortable using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Able to provide brief counseling for clients as needed.
  • Knowledgeable of mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders and ASAM Criteria.

  • WA Certified Counselor credential (CL), Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP or SUDPT) license, Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) certification from NAADAC/NBCC or national certification on chemical dependency is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the mental health field (practicum and internship).
  • A clean background checks to work with children and vulnerable clients.
  • Familiar with local mental health and chemical dependency resources and crisis centers.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Addition Information:

  • Every other week clinical consultation and collaboration with the clinical team for the fully licensed provider.
  • Weekly clinical supervision is provided for Licensed Associate as part of your employment at Pathways.

  • Full Assistance with CAQH database and Medicaid Application.
  • Full administrative support, daily scheduling and Telehealth scheduling.
  • Healthy number of referrals from our community partners.
  • Skilled administrative team to schedule your patients, answer telephone, text appointment reminder to your patients, process claims, billing, insurance eligibility check and verification, manage patient accounts & collections, and provide general support and management.
  • Fully licensed employees could apply for the WA Health Corps Loan Repayment program.
  • Direct Deposit pay twice a month.
