Licensed Counselor Needed

Requirements/Experience/Education: × Licensed Professional Counselor with Active/Current License in the State of Texas. (Not accepting Interns or Associates at this time) × A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Psychology-Related Field from an Accredited Institution. × Minimum Three-Years’ Experience x Trauma/Crisis Experience × Individual Malpractice Insurance Responsibilities: · Provides therapy to children, adolescents, teens, adults, family, and/or couples counseling. · Performs a thorough evaluation of the client’s needs and sets measurable objective interventions and treatment plans. · Responsible for adhering to Hope Seed’s standards for professionalism, representation, problem resolutions, and personal growth and development. · Provides documentation on the client promptly, efficiently, and ethically. Committed to checking email and text messages regularly. · Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for promoting the organization to help those in need. · Willingness to be a team player and provide effective treatment strategies, constructive feedback, professional development, and a teachable spirit. · Must have a weekly minimum availability of 15-20 hours per week for in-person therapy. (Daytime) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to build caring and compassionate rapport with clients. · Reliable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications: · Strong Leadership Qualities · Christian Faith · Individual NPI Number · Additional fluency in another language. · Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) · Trauma Certification or TBRI · Credentialed with Insurance Panels · Additional consideration is given to those with specializations in addiction or child/teen therapy.
