Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Telehealth Therapist

High demand for licensed mental health counselor remote positions based in or around Salt Lake City.

Due to the recent shift in the professional healthcare industry, demand has skyrocketed and Telehealth is growing exponentially. You would operate 100% remotely and can choose to tackle a full time case load, or a client here and there if you wish. If you’re located and licensed in Utah, you are strongly encouraged to apply!

Job Description:

• 100% Telehealth therapy sessions using encrypted and secure communication software
• Provide care to patients by means of video chat and phone calls
• Take extensive, clear, and concise notes that record clients’ advancement toward therapy goals
• Utilize your preferred treatment modalities (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Hypnosis, Somatic Therapies, Motivation Therapy and more)

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to clients via video and phone calls – average session time is 45 minutes.
• Complete, verify and document all required client-related forms electronically.
• 5 Hour weekly minimum expected activity rate on platform. Choose your schedule
• Counselors are not expected to report to any funding sources

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate experience counseling adults and/or couples
• Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Reliable internet connection
• General technical acumen – workload is 100% online.
• Must currently reside in the US
• Must have a valid Utah state LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC license

Salary:

• $66,000.00-108,000* per year for full time counselors
• $10,000 to $65,000 for part time counselors (minimum of 5+ hours/week)
• $650 monthly stipend for counselors working 30+ hours/week

Pay: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
