About the role:

Our Member Services team seizes every opportunity to create an exceptional service experience with PURE’s members by using empathy and displaying a passion for customer service. The work is heavily phone-based, high-volume and high impact. From helping our members with billing inquiries, to navigating complex policy changes, our Member Services Associates are inspired to meet the challenges of our service standards. The Member Services Associate will be based remotely out of their home.


As a Member Services Associate, you will:

  • Be the voice of PURE, through helpful and meaningful over-the-phone interactions with our membership, including supporting billing inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and acting as a guide for our online portal
  • Gain experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Learn the “ins” and “outs” of insurance contracts
  • Be brand ambassadors for PURE by embodying our purpose and principles
  • Contribute to our team culture based on empathy and service to others
  • Kick-start a meaningful career in customer service
  • Participate in a dynamic training program with dedicated resources to set you up for success


This career is for you if:

  • You have previous experience and enthusiasm for a service based role (3+ years in customer service or hospitality preferred)
  • You are passionate about customer service and are fulfilled by finding solutions in real-time over the phone
  • You are detail and process-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
  • You have great listening & communication skills through both phone and email
  • You demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency and can quickly establish trust & credibility
  • You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit & enthusiasm
  • You are interested in a fast-growing and innovative insurance carrier that specializes in the high net worth market
