Mental Health Case Manager

TASC is searching for a full-time mental health case manager to serve individuals in our newly rebranded AWAKEN Mental Health Case Management program. Assist individuals in attaining basic needs and building the necessary life skills to live independently. Knowledge of mental health disorders required. Use of Motivational Interviewing and de-escalation skills needed. Knowledge of addiction a plus. Use of personal vehicle with valid insurance and PA driver’s license required. Flexible schedule with salary, benefits, and incentive pay!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
