Job Overview

Shift: Full-time and part-time positions. Flexible Schedule.

Sign on bonus: $1,000 for positions working 20+ hours/week (conditions may apply)

Multiple positions available:

  • Outpatient/CRT (Community Rehabilitation Treatment) Clinician

The Community Rehabilitation Treatment Clinician provides a wide variety of clinical services to consumers, including clinical case management services, support, rehabilitative skill building, therapy and advocacy in accordance with the principles of Psychiatric, Psychosocial and Vocational Rehabilitation.

  • Outpatient Blueprint Clinician:

The Outpatient Blueprint clinician provides clinical services in an outpatient and medical office setting.

  • Emergency Clinician:

Our Emergency Clinicians team responds to mental health emergencies. The population served includes youth and adults in Bennington County, other family members or natural supports, medical and mental health care providers, law enforcement, schools and other community partners.

  • Family Outreach Clinician:

The Family Outreach Clinician provides direct services to children and families, allowing easy access, timely response and flexibility to deliver services that are home and community based in a family centered approach.

  • Early Childhood Services Clinician:

The Early Childhood Family Clinician provides direct services to children, families and teaching staff. This additional support is to ensure children are receiving mental health services while providing support to the staff to better serve the children.

  • School Clinician:

The School Based Clinician to provide direct service counseling to staff, students, teachers and parents of children in Stamford and Readsboro Elementary school.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field.
  • Experience in the field preferred however not required.
  • Licensure or eligible to pursue licensure in Vermont as Social Worker, Psychologist or Mental Health Professional required.
