Overview
The KonTerra Group is a leading provider of resilience and staff support services to the international humanitarian and development community and other high-stress/high-risk occupations. It is comprised of experienced, seasoned professionals who are passionate about what we do.
We are seeking Mental Health Clinicians (Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Psychotherapists) to add to our global network of service providers.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of clinical mental health experience
- Current licensure as a clinical mental health provider where licensure exists
- A Master’s or Doctorate-level degree in a mental health or human services discipline
- Experience and comfort working with clients using a short-term model
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience and background in staff care and resilience
- Experience with international populations, high-risk locations, or high-risk functions is a strong plus
- Experience living and working in development/humanitarian contexts
- Experience supporting individuals and organizations in the aftermath of critical incidents
- Fluency in two or more languages
