Mental Health Counselor – WFH and in the office!

Compass Counseling is looking for part-time or full-time psychotherapists to join our team as we expand into a fully remodeled office suite near the intersection of Moody and High Street in Waltham! You’ll have the flexibility of working in the office or remotely, as long as you can devote at least part of your time to in-person visits. Requirements include being FULLY LICENSED in the State of Massachusetts. This is a great opportunity for those who desire the freedom of having their own private practice without the headaches/expenses. Chosen candidates will be employee (W2) status. Previously retired or part-time workers and moonlighters — with a minimum commitment of 10 hours/week — are welcome to apply!

Requirements are:

*Current State of MA license as a Psychologist, LMFT, LADC-I, LICSW, or LMHC.
*Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
*3 to 5 years post independent licensure experience
*Previously credentialed by insurance companies is a plus
*Prior private practice experience is a plus

*Multi-lingual candidates preferred
