Salary: Per negotiated agreement

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Current New York State certification as a School Counselor, School Psychologist, or School Social Worker
- Specialized knowledge of restorative practices and trauma informed care
- Ability to provide coaching, skills training, and other supports to individuals who have, or are at risk for developing significant problem behaviors that impair their ability to appropriate participate and benefit from their education, work, and other daily functions
- Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement
- Uncompromising sensitivity to student needs
- Ability to establish positive, effective, and cooperative relationships with administrators, teachers, students, parents, and the community
- Mastery of oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess children’s behavioral needs and competence in the design of effective instructional strategies and educational programs
- Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
