Job Overview
Nestled in the Wasatch Mountain Range, in Provo, Utah, Decision Tree Mental Health (DTMH) is a burgeoning mental health facility focused on the training and provision of empirically supported treatment, specifically comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
DTMH provides a wide range of empirically supported treatments. Our comprehensive DBT provision includes treatment for adults and young adults. We also provide DBT/PE for stage 1 clients with co-morbid DBT and PTSD. Along with this, booster skills only groups for program graduates.
We are currently recruiting Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Post-doctoral psychology graduates, and students looking to intern, for entry level and supervisorial positions. We are in search of fellows that are passionate about the learning and application of empirically supported treatments. Our specialty is the provision of Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and working here would lead to expertise in its provision.
You would be a member of a close team of clinicians with the same passion for treatment and training. Weekly supervision and training would be provided, increasing proficiency, and leading to higher education and certifications.
The positions we are looking to fill offer career growth. At the end of the supervision hours, it is hoped that the resident will gain licensure in Utah and will stay with Decision Tree Mental Health. The goal is that they will eventually go on to training and management positions throughout future clinics.
Decision Tree Mental Health is currently offering full-time positions with salaries between $80,000-$120,000, based on experience. Training and other benefits available.
