Job Overview

Crossroads to Wellness is a small private practice looking to hire 2 CSWs to work 20 hours/week. We specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced issues related to trauma, life changes, and mood disorders.

Base pay; DOE. Paid time off.

CSW 1 schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30pm-9:30pm (clinical hours), +5 hours supervision/notes/etc.

CSW 2 schedule:

Tuesday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm (clinical hours), +5 hours supervision/notes, etc.

Responsibilities:

Complete mental health assessments and create treatment plans.

Provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.

Professional documentation of services completed within the agreed upon time frame.

Work on and complete assignments related to marketing and office management as assigned by the clinical director during non-session working hours.

Attend staff meetings.

Abide by HIPPA regulations

Qualifications:

Masters degree in social work. Licensed in the State of Utah

Demonstrates knowledge of and has experience with child/adolescent growth and development, including normal vs abnormal behavior.

Priority given to applicants who have experience with working with trauma, EMDR, TF-CBT, and play therapy.

Is able to communicate effectively and professionally in person and in writing.

Able to utilize standard computer programs and basic documentation processes.
