Job Overview
Liberating Jasper is an outpatient mental health and nutrition counseling practice, focused on helping those on the spectrum of disordered eating and body distress. Our providers practice from a trauma-informed, harm-reductive, anti-oppression, fat-positive, and Health at Every Size (HAES) lens.

Practicing from a clinical approach aligned with Liberating Jasper’s core values

Scheduling 22-24 clinical sessions per week to account for cancellations/no-shows, ensuring the 20-hour requirement is met

Completing all clinical notes and documentation by noon on Monday for the previous week

Attending weekly staff meetings, trainings, and group consultation

Participating in weekly supervision

Conducting initial, weekly, and discharge sessions with clients

Collaborating with Liberating Jasper nutrition team and outside providers for continuity of care

Responding to new client assignments within 2 business days

Contributing to the organizational culture in a positive and collaborative manner

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university

Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in the eating disorder field

Valid WA state licensure required (associate licenses are accepted)

Eating disorder, anti-diet, anti-oppression, fat-positive, Health at Every Size experience and values

1-2 years experience of body liberation-focused eating disorders healing work

Comfort providing both in-person and virtual sessions
