Empowerment Counseling Services is looking for therapists to work with adults, families and children. We have openings in Salt Lake County.
This position is ideal for individuals who like a flexible schedule, are motivated, and self-disciplined
Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
– Provides services to clients within the home, office, community, or teletherapy
– Providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling
– Documenting client progress and outcomes
– Provides continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessment resulting in modification to the service plan
– Working collaboratively with our clinical team to coordinate care to ensure that all services prescribed in the individualized service plan are implemented
-Participates in staffing’s, case conferences, or other meetings with or without the client
– Provides supportive services, including but not limited to, the following: Assistance in maintaining, monitoring and modifying covered behavioral health services
Education and Training
– Master Level Clinicians
– Fully Licensed Clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC
– Licensed by the State of Utah
– Computer skills.
– Experience with Apple products a plus.
– In addition effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, knowledge of psychiatric conditions, typing skills, and sound judgment.

Some afternoons and evenings may be required.
Master’s Level: Starting Pay: $60,000/yr
Fully Licensed: Starting pay: $88,000/yr
